Im ehemaligen Sitzungssaal des Rathauses fanden 1881 – 1911 die evangelischen Gottesdienste statt. Der Festzug zur Einweihung der Apostelkirche (1) 1911 begann deshalb am Rathaus unter Beteiligung zahlreicher katholischer Mitbürger. Vor 1881 versammelten sich die evangelischen Christen von Miesbach und Umgebung in einem Salon der Villa Kammerer (9) zum Gottesdienst.
2 Town Hall
Before the Church of the Apostles (1) was built, services were held from 1881-1911 in the community hall of the town hall. Today civil marriage ceremonies are still carried out in the town hall by the town councillor. According to the design of Johann Bernlochner, the Neo Renaissance town hall was erected between 1878-1879. The consecration of the Church of the Apostles in 1911 was celebrated with a festive procession including members of both the Lutheran and the Catholic Church.
